Any unlisted samples are default Ableton or Studio One loops or were made from scratch by me

Instrumentals were made over the summer of 2020 up until the spring of 2021. Most used only 8 tracks in Ableton Live 9 lite and were then exported to Studio One 5 for mixing and vocals. All vocals (except for rainy day) were recorded in a week in March 2021.
